dc.description.abstract A quasi-quantum mechanical method in which energy is determined by quantum mechanics and motion by Newtonian mechanics is studied by combining it with numerical methodology which conserves energy exactly at each time step. Application is made to the study of the diameter and vibrational frequency of the ground state H2 molecule. The numerical results agree exactly with experimental and quantum mechanical results. en
