dc.description.abstract A particle model is developed for the ground state H2 molecule. Interparticle forces are formulated which are noncoulombic, but nearly coulombic. The vibration is simulated by a numerical method which conserves the molecule's energy exactly. Numerical examples are described and discussed. en
